If you enjoy a good doggie film, make a note to watch My Boyfriends’ Dogs which airs on the Hallmark Channel premiering Saturday, September 6 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C).
The storyline: When a runaway bride with three dogs stumbles into a diner one rainy night, the owners listen to her tell her story. Always unlucky in love, she’s adopted her ex-boyfriends’ dogs as each romance failed, all while looking for the unconditional love she can only seem to find in her sweet canine companions. A twist of fate that stormy night leads her to realize that true puppy love happens only after one stops searching for it.
Erika Christensen (“Parenthood”) stars in “My Boyfriends’ Dogs,” based on the popular fiction novel of the same name, written by Dandi Daley Mackall. Joyce DeWitt (“Three’s Company”), Teryl Rothery (“Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove”), Emily Holmes (“Snakes on a Plane”), Jeremy Guilbaut (“The L.A.
